Welcome to The Bay-Lakes Council
Scouting invites every youth to a safe, fun place to learn, explore, and grow.
We provide programs and services to over 5,400 youth in 22 counties in Eastern Wisconsin. We have 123 Cub Scout Packs, 163 Scouts BSA Troops, 16 Venture Crews, and 5 Explorer Posts.
Over 3,000 adult volunteers in our Council give their time and effort to prepare our youth to be the leaders of tomorrow helping them develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills and citizenship skills that will positively influence their decisions as adults. The Bay-Lakes Council exists to provide your children with a safe space where they can explore their craving for excitement. No matter your child's needs, our units offer opportunities to develop their character through activities in nature, values, and camaraderie. We offer a variety of programs and activities to help them learn, grow, and, most importantly, have fun.

The Bay-Lakes Council has some of the best camps in the country and first class programs to match the facilities. Our camps host over 5,000 campers during the summer months and even more in the fall, winter, and spring. Our mission is to engage our guests by delivering quality, innovative, and “Life on the Edge” experiences that support the mission of the Bay-Lakes Council.
