Bay-Lakes Council BSA National Eagle Scout Association (NESA)
The National Eagle Scout Association or NESA, is an organization of men and women who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout and further pledge to help their fellow scouts and the movement of Scouting as a whole through service and activity.
Our Council NESA is currently being reorganized in order to provide a greater benefit to our council and our Eagles.
