Bay-Lakes Council will begin moving to a 3 Field Team structure to better provide support to our units and communities we serve. Below are the staff changes, effective July 1, 2021:

John Rouse has been selected to serve as our Southeast Field Team Director, leading the team consisting of Kettle Country and Lakeshore Districts. John began his Scouting career in Northeast Michigan in 2012 and served the Michigan Crossroads Council in Field leadership for five years before joining the Bay-Lakes Council team in February of 2018 as Kettle Country District Director.  John has successfully led the Kettle Country District for the past 3 years and we look forward to his leadership as our new Southeast Field Team Director.

North Team: Doug Ramsay will give leadership to the North Field Team consisting of Voyageur, Northern Lites and Hiawathaland Districts.

District Executive: Patrick Williquette will join the team as a District Executive on our North Team. Patrick currently serves as the Bear Paw Camp Director.  He will help provide service to Scouting in the greater Green Bay area. 

Central Team: Mike Alberts will move into a field leadership role providing leadership to the Central Team consisting of the current Gathering Waters, Twin Lakes and Ledge to Lakes Districts. Mike has served Scouting in the Bay-Lakes Council territory for the past 11 years serving in Hiawathaland, Lakeshore District, as Field Director and most recently as Program Director.  Mike will return to Field Operations to direct our central team beginning in July.

Southeast Team: The Southeast team will be made up of our current Kettle Country and Lakeshore Districts.

Program Director: Josh Anderson will transition to serve as Program Director for the Bay-Lakes Council. Josh began his career in 2005 and has served the Bay-Lakes Council as a District Executive and Senior District Executive in Twin Lakes District and most recently as District Director in the Gathering Waters District since 2017. 

Development Director: Effective July 16, 2021, Kallee Kissling will rejoin the Bay-Lakes Council team as Development Director. Kallee began her career in the Greater Cleveland Council in 2011 and served there successfully before moving to the Bay-Lakes Council to serve as our Voyageur District Director from 2016-2019. She then moved back to the Cleveland, OH, area to serve as Director of Cub Scouting in 2019. Kallee is currently serving as their product sales director, responsible for Popcorn and Maple Syrup sales. Kallee is a Packers fan who enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and playing volleyball. She and her dog look forward to their return to Wisconsin and the Bay-Lakes Council.
