Join us in congratulating these recent Eagles:

Jaydon Ebben, of Troop 3 out of Menasha, WI, in the Gathering Waters District, completed his Board of Review on September 16, 2021.  In his words, “My Eagle Project was to buy, build and water seal two picnic tables. These were put up at Kellet Cabin, which belongs to St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Menasha.” Haydon plans a Court of Honor this Sunday afternoon, November 14. His Scoutmaster is Trent Yurk

Jonathon Gregory, of Troop 14 out of Neenah/Menasha, WI, in the Gathering Waters District, completed his Eagle Board of Review on October 21, 2021. In his words, “My Eagle Scout project consisted of raising funds to build wheelchair accessible garden beds for residents of Brewster Village Rehabilitation Center in Appleton. These planters allow the residents to have a new hands-on activity that they can work with, as well as watch their very own plants or vegetation grow within arm’s reach of their wheelchairs. One highlight was how great it felt to build the planters about half way through my project then soon after transport them to the rehabilitation center to fill them. It was a big milestone in my project as I knew I had done the hardest part. The planters now sit sturdy and tall on the rooftop patio of Brewster Village.” A court of honor is planned in the near future. His Scoutmaster is James Gregory

Braden Meyer, of Troop 840 out of Grafton, WI, in the Kettle Country District, completed his Board of Review on August 24, 2021. For his project, he built Black Tern nesting platforms in the Cedarburg Bog State Natural Area. These floating platforms were placed in the bog in strategic places that provide valuable, safe locations that are necessary to bringing back endangered Black Terns to the Cedarburg Bog area. A Court of Honor is planned for January 30 of 2022. His Scoutmaster is Greg Matthews.
