Any currently registered Scout in any Bay-Lakes Council program.
How to Play
Invite as many friends and family as you can to join Scouting. Tell them why Scouting is fun, exciting, and full of adventure.
When your invited youth registers with a Bay-Lakes Council unit during the contest dates, you earn a Golden Ticket entry. To ensure you get credit, enter every invited youth using the invitation link below.
Prizes You Can Win
Recruiter Award: Every Scout who has at least one invited friend who joins Scouting earns the official Scouting America “Recruiter” strip for their uniform.
Golden Ticket Prize Drawings: Every Scout with one or more Golden Tickets is entered into drawings to win 1 of 10 DEERC Mini Drones and summer camping gear such as sleeping bags, tents, lanterns, and hammocks.
Bonus for Cub Scouts: All Cub Scouts who recruit at least one friend receive free admission for themselves and each recruited friend to the Rokilio Experience on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Camp Rokilio (registration required). Prize drawings will occur at the Rokilio Experience; presence not required to win.
